Our Story
Northwild began with a shared passion for the Arctic.
Janar and I (Christina) met while working together as guides in Finnish Lapland, where we spent an unforgettable winter introducing travellers from around the world to the beauty of the North. Before long, we realised we wanted to create something of our own: a company built around the kind of experiences we'd genuinely love to join ourselves.
For us, guiding is much more than reaching a destination. It's about slowing down, sharing stories, chasing clear skies, and watching someone's face light up as they see the Northern Lights for the very first time.
That's why every Northwild tour is designed to be personal, flexible and focused on creating unforgettable memories—not rushing from one stop to the next.
