Aurora Ride Under Arctic Skies

3 hours

Moderate

Chase the Northern Lights under Arctic skies – with warm drinks, local stories and beautiful photos of your evening to take home.

Ride through snowy forests and Arctic night landscapes by snowmobile, with the chance to witness the Northern Lights away from the village lights.

We keep our groups small, with a maximum of 6 participants, to create a more personal, flexible and premium experience in nature. After meeting your guide and receiving a safety briefing with driving instructions, we begin our evening ride into the snowy forests and open landscapes surrounding Saariselkä.

This tour is designed for those who want more than just aurora hunting with a car. Riding a snowmobile through the winter night adds a true sense of adventure to the experience, while regular stops give us time to take in the scenery, enjoy the stillness of the wilderness and watch the sky for aurora activity.

During the evening, we pause for hot drinks and a local snack in the middle of the Arctic landscape. Your guide will also share stories about life in Lapland and the Northern Lights, adding a local touch to the adventure. Whether the sky rewards us with auroras or simply a beautiful Arctic night, this experience offers a memorable combination of snowmobiling, nature and northern atmosphere.
